The impressionable Tweens and Teens age is a vulnerable age that comes with an immense amount of growth and learning.

Children at this age want to be accepted by their friends, they want to be liked and what their friends think of them is important to them. The GRIT training shifts their perception from outwards to inwards. They realize that a deep understanding of how they perceive themselves is more important, as well as the value of their love for themselves, and how well they treat themselves. This training gives them specific tools to navigate life and helps them to thrive, despite life’s challenges.

The Full training consists of 6 sessions.

Each session is one hour long and takes place once a week for six consecutive weeks. The training is done in person or online. Children receive a GRIT workbook, and the lessons are fun and engaging. Even though they may be reluctant to start because they don’t know what to expect, after the first lesson they cannot wait to come back for session two.
The magic lies in ‘living the work’. Every week they come back happier, calmer and stronger.

They leave with increased:
  • Self-Worth.
  • Self-Belief.
  • Self-Love.
  • Self-Confidence.
  • Self-Acceptance
  • A specific set of tools that they use to combat stress, fear, and anxiety.
  • A sense of gratitude and inner strength.
