The GRIT Full Corporate training shifts participants’ perspectives from outward to inward. It is a shift in identity. This training gets to the core and develops a strong sense of self-worth.
Session 1: Creating a safe space for learning. Removing all roadblocks. The beginning of creating a new positive identity.
Session 2: Self-Love and Triggers.
Session 3: Shifting Limiting Beliefs.
Session 4: Putting it all together to create a new life!
The training takes place in person or online. Once a week participants attend a two-hour session, for four consecutive weeks and the real magic happens when they implement what they have learned into their lives and when they see how quickly their lives begin to change for the better.
